Returns
Our return policy -30 days from date package received. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping is to Be paid by the customer. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items are Final Sale( if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, Sale items are final sale. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@Angeleyesshop.com

 

Refunds will depend on a case by case basis, and within a 30 day timeframe. Please contact info@angeleyesshop.com for instructions on a return.

Most sales are final, due to the imports and different Countries we source our products from, it is almost impossible to cost effectively return products. Please contact us with any questions.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We search far and wide for quality beautiful products.

Typical shipping times vary, Can be anywhere from 3-21 days, Most orders arrive within 9-11 days if sourced from an International supplier. US Orders from our US supplier will arrive in 3-5 business days. However sometimes there can be delays out of our control so please contact us if after 4 weeks you have not received your product. You will get a refund once the product has not arrived after 45 days- even if you receive the product you will be able to keep it at this point, We guarantee our products and want our customers satisfied with their purchase and especially our service. 

In order to continue offering our products at such low prices, and to maintain our flat rate shipping policy, shipping may take longer then you expect 

 

** NOTE**  Pieces MAY arrive in separate packages on different days, as we order direct from our Manufacturer and they ship direct to you. While we use a few manufacturers, some products will arrive in separate shipments.

Why does shipping take so long?

We decided for our customers satisfaction that since it would cost the customer significantly more money to order the product with expedited shipping.  By having a Flat rate fee of $5 this ensures you save money and time 

In US & International there will be rare cases of delayed shipping so  Please allow 14-30 days for your shipment to arrive as each item is handpicked and some are handmade. We search the world for these products and some may come from other countries so the shipping times will vary. Depending where your item is shipping from will reflect the shipping time. It can be up to 8 weeks to receive a handmade product. Therefore please know prior to placing your order that your product may take longer then usual to be produced, picked, and finally shipped. We strive to bring you the best quality product and this can take time.
